United States - Domestic
Subtle Dust offers flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Packages typically ship from Subtle Dust within 3 business days of purchase. See below for USPS provided transit timeframes once items have shipped.
Economy $5, 5-8 business days
Standard $10, 3-4 business days
Express $35, 1-2 business days
United States - Territories
We offer two calculated shipping options through USPS. First class packages should reach you within 4-10 days of placing an order. Priority mail should reach out within 4-5 days of placing your order.
Delivery (All Countries)
We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience.
During times of high order volume, such as launch days, the handling time may be extend further.
We do not fulfill weekends or U.S. holidays.
Subtle Dust is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Once the package is delivered to the post office, it is out of our hands and the mail carrier is held responsible.
Canada
We currently offer USPS calculated shipping for all orders shipped to Canada.
Customers are responsible for all customs & duties fees.
International
We currently offer DHL & UPS calculated shipping for international orders. If you do not see shipping available for your country, contact us and we will be able to help you out!

Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
To be eligible for store credit:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll add the store credit directly to your customer account.
How to Start a Return
- Use the self-serve return portal that is linked to your customer account. Click here to access. Following the approval of your return, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent via email. The cost for the shipping label $7 will be deducted from your return store credit once the package is received.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the event an item is sent back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each piece before it ships, but if you receive something damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. After that window, we may be unable to accommodate replacements.
Email us at info@subtledust.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
