United States — Domestic
Subtle Dust offers flat-rate and calculated shipping on all U.S. orders.
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. At checkout, customers will see an estimated delivery date based on their location and the shipping method selected.
Shipping options include:

Economy Shipping — $5 flat rate (estimated 5–8 business days after fulfillment)

Additional expedited shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and are provided by the carrier.
United States — Territories
We offer USPS calculated shipping to U.S. territories.
Estimated delivery timeframes (after fulfillment):

USPS First Class: approximately 4–10 business days

USPS Priority Mail: approximately 4–5 business days
Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier processing.
Canada & International Orders
Subtle Dust ships internationally using Shopify Managed Markets, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.
For many international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees may be calculated and collected at checkout. However, customers are ultimately responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
Customs policies vary by destination, and Subtle Dust does not have control over these charges or potential delays caused by customs processing.
If you do not see shipping available for your country, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you wear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
To be eligible for store credit:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll add the store credit directly to your customer account.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the event an item is sent back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each piece before it ships, but if you receive something damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. After that window, we may be unable to accommodate replacements.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Subtle Dust is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), fulfillment times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Subtle Dust is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
